Greenhills School Community

At Greenhills, we believe that families and the school are education partners. We recognise that the best educational experiences for children will occur when there is open communication, mutual trust and respect between the school and the home. Children whose parents and carers actively participate in the school, or who are involved with their education at home, are more successful at school.

There are many ways to get involved with the school, including helping in the classroom, the canteen or the library, regular working bees, fundraisers such as bake sales, sausage sizzles and the bi-annual school fete, the Parents' Association, the School Council and many more. Keep an eye on the school newsletter and school announcements for all the details.

All school helpers are required to attend an OHS Parent Volunteer meeting and show a valid Working with Children Check.

Our Families

Parents, grandparents and carers are a vital part of the Greenhills Primary School community, providing vital support both inside and outside the classroom.
